Tracy Byrd Hyperbaric Medicine and Wound Care Center is located at the hospital’s ground floor of CHRISTUS St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Beaumont, TX.  For many years the annual Tracy Byrd Homecoming Weekend donated funds to the Children’s Miracle Network earmarked for this facility.  The Tracy Byrd Hyperbaric Medicine and Wound Care Center opened for patients in January 2003.

     Brenda Drago, President and Executive Director of CMN in Southeast Texas says, “Tracy is our miracle come true for brain injured children.”  The types of injuries that improve with hyperbaric treatment are cerebral palsy, near drowning, sports injuries, home and automobile accidents, birth defects, just to name a few.  She also adds, “The children of Southeast Texas have gained a special advocate in their desperate plight to become healthy and enjoy some quality of life!”
